At Rustic Rose Hall, our goal is to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible, so you can focus on what truly matters—celebrating your love story.

We love our community in Broken Bow and strive to share our small-town with all of our guests whether they’re here for an Oklahoma wedding weekend or just enjoying the quiet life in the Cabins at Holly Creek.

Touring Our Wedding Venue: Your First Step
Before you commit, we always recommend scheduling a tour of our Broken Bow wedding venue. Bring along anyone involved in your wedding planning decisions. During your visit, you’ll have the chance to explore all our spaces, share your vision with us, and see how our ceremony and reception spaces can help bring your dream wedding to life. We’ll also discuss your budget and answer any questions you may have, so you can make an informed choice with confidence.
Booking: What We’ll Need from You
Once you’re ready to book, we’ll get started on your contract. To reserve your date, we’ll ask for the following information:
- Full Names: Both partners’ names are needed for the contract.
- Wedding Date: The day of the week impacts pricing (Monday–Thursday weddings start at $1,250, Sundays at $1850, Fridays at $2,250, Saturdays at $2,850). All bookings include 12 hours at the venue, with specific hours set later at your 30-day meeting.
- Contact Information: We’ll need your phone numbers and email addresses to send contracts for a digital signature from each of you.
- Estimated Guest Count: Just an estimate for now (our max capacity is 200), with the final number confirmed closer to your event.
- Alcohol Service: If you plan to serve alcohol, you’ll need to hire a certified bartender of your choice and add $350 to your balance for our on-site security.
- Wedding Package: Choose from Fairytale (venue only), Storybook (venue + cabins for one night), or Weekend Package (venue + cabins for two nights plus early access). Package pricing varies by day and availability.
- Extra Time (Optional): Want more than the included hours? Add time for $150/hour, with options for early access, longer rehearsal, or extra clean-up. (Can be added at a later date.)
- Day-of Coordinator (Optional): Add our coordinator for $500 to ensure everything runs smoothly on your big day. (Can be added at a later date.)
- Rentals (Optional): Add tablecloths, napkins, chargers, or a margarita machine to your contract. (Can be added at a later date.)
Clear Pricing & Payment Process
We believe in transparent pricing—no hidden fees, and taxes are included in our rates. After selecting your options, you’ll receive your total balance. To secure your date, a 25% non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required. For example, the Fairytale package on a Saturday with alcohol service totals $3,200, with an $800 retainer to book your date. The remaining balance of $2400 is due 60 days before your wedding, with flexible payment options available and no interest charges.
After Booking: Planning Support & Final Details
Once your contract is signed and your retainer paid, your date is officially reserved! You’ll get access to our “Something Borrowed” décor catalog filled with beautiful items to personalize your celebration—most of which are free to use. At your 30-day meeting, we’ll finalize details like your guest count, timeline, and any last-minute rentals or add-ons.
Additional Charges to Prepare For
At the 30-day mark, we’ll collect a $500 refundable damage deposit, provided there are no damages during your rental. We’ll also require proof of event insurance (costs vary depending on your guest count). Your contract will include helpful links to affordable insurance providers for your convenience.
